Retail, in the eyes of the everyday customer

I like to observe the retail world and dream up ways to make it better.

My biggest strength is that my understanding of retail is purely from a customer’s perspective. To some that would also be considered my biggest weakness.

I believe that ultimately good retailing is all about building compelling experiences. And for any retailer that can do that successfully the product itself becomes inconsequential.

BetterRetail is a place where we observe all aspects of customer experience as it applies across various touch-points. The Blog is a source for news, stats and best-practices from the retail world.

Ultimately, the idea behind betterretail is to advance the retail discourse toward a grand unified retail theory.
